Amy holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner and alcohol and drug counselor.
Amy integrates a range of evidence-based modalities, including EMDR and Brainspotting, Somatic interventions, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based approaches, and inner child work.
Amy enjoys supporting clients through a wide spectrum of life challenges, but holds special interest in working with attachment issues, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, substance use disorders and borderline personality disorder. Amy’s goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where clients can reconnect with their inner strengths, develop healthier coping strategies, and build meaningful, empowered lives.
