Job Description

Basic Duties of the APRN Include:

Engaging, assessing and treating clients in a supportive multidisciplinary outpatient mental health clinic

-Coordinating with the treatment team, using excellent communication and documentation skills to complete clinical progress notes and record keeping

-Attend all-staff meetings to teach and learn from others

– Staff meetings and events as scheduled

Office Space in a beautiful newly renovated central Omaha clinic, Clinical Library, Full Administrative and Scheduling Support, Marketing, On Staff Mental Health clinicians, Group Meeting Space, Electronic Health Record/E -Prescribe/Telehealth Software, Employer Sponsored Health/Dental/Vision Insurance

This role will work closely with an interdisciplinary team including the on-site mental health clinicians, clinical supervisors, and CEO.

  • Work schedule is Monday-Friday, with flexibility for in office and remote. No weekends or holidays!
  • Follow up with patients from home or the office
  • Laptop, EHR, HIPAA Compliant voice/texting all included at no cost to you
  • No on call or crisis coverage!
  • The in-clinic position is located at Lifespan Counseling’s brand new office off 90th and Dodge, Omaha
  • We provide a supportive work environment and thorough orientation.

Requirements

Applicants should have the following:

  • Board Certification, NE licensure and DEA required
  • Applicants should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented
