Noah sees adults 18+ in office or via secure telehealth as needed. Noah works with mood disorders, such as anxiety and depression. He also helps people manage life transitions and other relational concerns. Noah is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) , Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT.)
Noah Tillman is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) at Lifespan Counseling, where he works with you when you are seeking support through life stressors, emotional challenges, and periods of transition.

Noah earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. He primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy, while also integrating elements from other evidence-based approaches to tailor treatment to your needs.
His work emphasizes collaboration, self-awareness, and practical skill-building to support meaningful and sustainable change. Noah views therapy as a partnership and believes growth can occur at any stage of life. His goal is to help clients feel empowered and understood as they navigate challenges and work toward greater balance and well-being.
